Gold Star did a fantastic job with the new interior of my Alfa Romeo! Their communication was quick and on a personal level. The job was done faster than I expected, cheaper than I expected and without any deficiencies!I would never look elsewhere for an alternative shop and will definitely use them again!

Awesome on time fixed everything new track new seal and fixed the lock thanks to Adam great guy well mannered and did awesome job. Thanks abbotsford glass great workman ship.

Marty is an absolute professional. Replaced the windshield on my 1999 4Runner, and did a fantastic job. He’s prompt, communicative, and his attention to detail can be seen in the results of his work. Rossen Glass & Mirror was an excellent company to deal with. I had multiple small scale glass and mirror cuttings to complete. The customer service was great, their email responses and call back times were always prompt and courteous. My order was exactly as requested and the cost was very fair compared to some astronomical quotes I received. I would definitely recommend!

I call them today to get the estimate for fixing the sunroof on honda civic 2015. I went there and waited for like 30 minutes and nobody came to assist us. Infact, the guy there was busy in his personal talking with some random guy and ask us to wait and he never came back to us. So i just left. Unprofessional people . I was there was option for negative rating , i would like to give that.Not recommended . Worst place and management

I was so impressed with the service that they provided me.They responded immediately to my needs, even while dealing with a major snowstorm. The young man I was dealing with was very knowledgeable about what I needed and very courteous. He replaced my door window in no time at all. I will definitely use them again , if need be, and recommend them to my friends.

Absolutely horrendous. The owner/manager of this place is the an absolute incompetent and rude man.Four months to get a window replaced, when we were quoted a month. Called DAILY after the month mark just to get lied to and stood off. 3 months later they say it’s in and it’s not even close to the right window.Another 10 days the correct window is finally in, the helpful tech says he can get it done by the end of the day but manager shuts that down and says it will be done the next day.Next day - manager completely ignores my partner in line to help the next customer. Customer points it out and manager says “nah he’s good.”

Adrian was awesome! He greeted me with this infusing happy personality and took me on a tour of the store. He spent time with me while I took forever deciding what I wanted. With his suggestions, I walked out content with my purchase and feeling infused with that same happiness. Awesome shop to visit!

This place was great to deal with! I needed my back quarter panel window replaced in my suv, phoned 4 different places for quotes and Jeff’s was the cheapest out of all 4.Service was quick, the job was done well, the staff were all very friendly and talkative, and the price was great!Will definitely be recommending friends & family and we will 100% be using them next time we have a window that needs to be replaced!
